Anybody know how much severance you get per year of working at BD?

its capped at 1 year
JG4 4 mo. minimum severance + additional 2 weeks per year of service and pro rated bonus
Mine is 10 weeks of pay after my termination date. I got a 90 days notice
What I have heard is: 2 weeks of pay per year of service, with some minimums based on job group.
