Being a employee that worked at that location I'm happy its being sold. It was so outdated with many issues and made us feel like a afterthought of the company being separated from the nicer campuses

Actually I’m glad to seeing us is getting out of these sites. Let’s move everyone to the nicer offices get them feeling full and jettison the excess!
Geoff can only sell so much real estate to maintain his modest lifestyle. Either the building or Geoff has to go. I guess... the building!
