4vlv+1mODcq0B I call that BS. Prior to COVID everyone sat at their monitor called into a web x . So what is going to change? Quality has been declining prior to covid. this did not just happen overnight because of COVID.
This is an excuse JF and management is using for their poor and bad decisions. They need to look in the mirror. That is the problem Deming stated 85% of quality issues are management driven. First thing I do is eliminate TVM. Too many managers and directors booking items to fatten their bonus vs looking at the consequences.
Also look at some of the model year vehicles recalled. You may find over half of them were launched prior to COVID. So I am calling you out on that one.
So go pedal your garbage some where else stop blaming the GSRs and start with
yourselves (Middle management and above - that includes BF to).

RTO is needed to get our quality back on track. I'm sure there have been consulting groups that have data proving y-o-y company performance metrics when there is significant face time between working level employees and leadership levels.

@3msm+1mODcq0B Ever since I saw brown water coming out of the new drinking fountains at PDC I won't eat or drink anything that is prepared there.

@2gdn - I was busy on the recent 'back to work tomorrow' post. I shall not let you down !
Just say NO to RTO ! Just say NO to RTO !! :)
For my team, our jobs are 'sight dependent': We need to be able to see our computer screen, etc. ;)

2 days back is doable. But should be based on needs and not just to show face.
If you’re at PDC, bring your lunch. Food still sucks and definitely not capable of serving a fully occupied building.
