Schwab is only concerned with their image and perception in the FinTech industry. They do not care about the employees. They want robots that follow policies and procedures to the letter. I am not saying I am perfect, and I am not saying anything new that other employees probably already know. But when it comes to people, they much rather use them as example to put forth their agenda for taking over the world. They much rather abuse them rather than understand what went wrong. I am not looking for a perfect Corportation I know that doesn't exist. Just looking for someone (speaking of managers and directors) that are human. Maybe my expectations are high, I won't make that mistake again.

I&O is living proof of how a toxic leader can drive an organization into the ground. Great job Simon Indge. Your complete lack of humility and total incompetence has made Schwab tech the poster child of what bad “FinTech” looks like. You surround yourself with yes id--ts, flip flop on every decision and just act like a total sleaze bag.
Schwab as a Fintech? Hahahahahahaha more like a FinTard.
@zys+1mN28zuJ I&O is led by Simon, one of the best leaders at Schwab. What ever do you mean by "faux-tech"? This is one of the most brilliant groups. They literally keep the infrastructure up, and automate the operations as if it was code.
It depends on what group you are in. I am under Dennis, too. I am from the Green side and Schwab is more advanced than TDA in the technology area I am in. I also have very good, caring and competent management.
@uab+1mN28zuJ mainframe is tech, you know.
Come work with us in I&O. The worse faux-tech around. Horrible managers who micromanage and people please there superiors.
This is my first time I’ve heard of Charles Schwab being referred to as a fintech lmao
