Bloodbath continues in USA. Token "Boy" manager asks to join his conference bridge. I notice HR on the call. The "Boy" reads his script, and then asks HR if he is needed. The guy is an absolute id--t, promoted 6 months ago and whispers in the office are he is best friends with the ED, who is also a minority. So nothing will change, individuals do not understand that you hire the best candidate, regardless of race, creed, color or s-x. Once you hire and promote based on quotas, you begin the downward spiral. Wise veterans do see the incompetence's and can smell the fear within these unqualified managers. I enjoyed asking our Captain Obvious questions that I knew he could not answer. My guess is he knew he was unqualified and I was a thorn that would expose his ignorance. He wins the battle, but it is just a matter of time before his house of cards collapses and is exposed as another failed social experiment.

I think it started. Noticed some VPs in tech got generic out of office messages and directory is stating they are away till 7th July. Too much coincidence, the same date.
