Perhaps the stores would function much better if there were people in managerial positions who are actually interested in their work!? My store is terribly disorganized, but the boss just ignores it as if it isn't his job at all.

If customers have the right to bring their mutts into the stores, then I have the right to be on this site and mock it through commentary. When Lowes stops allowing those mutts into the stores, I'll stop commenting about it.
Blowes "mgmt" are just glorified keyholders. They duck and hide from work and all accountability until Daddy DM shows up. GULP!😱🤷♂️😰

Welcome to Lowes! Most managers get that position so they can BS and not have to do anything they did as an associate. There are the few and the proud that really work and do there job everyday believe it or not. They are rare and few and far in-between.
