At what grade do employees typically get stock bonuses?

The thing that amazes me is that management never tells people when they don’t get it. It is up to the person to ask the question; Why did I not get a bonus? Then the can tell you why not and you can go from there. If it is rating related then go elsewhere.
I’m in land ops and I have yet to receive stock. Kind of BS considering I hear of friends at other companies in my same land negotiator role getting stock.

Received first time at 22, which seems to be common for engineering
21 and did get it so its not impossible

It depends on what department you’re in, every one is different. In some, individual contributors can receive them, and in others, only management level and above is eligible.
