I know I am being laid off this week after becoming privy to some work leadership was doing. What can I expect to happen on the day I get laid off? Did you get an outlook meeting? Also, what is the standard severance package?(I work in Marketing).

I don’t know for Marketing. I work on a small team and it is only me from what I saw (Which I do understand, this is my just corporate job). My wife just really wanted to know the logistics of getting laid off. Thought this was a good place to ask.
Where you get the list, how big is this wave ?
