Another online compliance course??

Why make employees go thru so many online courses?

Latest one is

I finished the course last week. I did not know anything about bribery and corruption. Now I already know how to do it.

Just like all the courses we continually and repeatedly have had to take on ethics since we bought KCI - and they still are unethical.

Maybe this is what Vale did and as a typical over the top knee jerk reaction the lawyers are making employees take bribery classes again. And again. And again.

Doubt it. This is yearly compliance training that has to be done. Its probably just been a year since the last time we were assigned this training.

Would be great if executives took more training. They could use a couple extra reminders on Be Honest

Based on the current situation, the new compliance courses should be :

  1. How not to walk into a p.r.o.s.t.i.t.u.t.i.o.n trap and get busted by the local police twice ( if you are a Fale fan boy or fan girl)
  1. How not be morally corrupt and stay away from ba----g w.h.o.r.e.s and / or your office colleagues or subordinates while you are on office duty (if you are not a Fale fan boy / girl)
