I started applying for jobs with the title and compensation I’ve regularly discussed with my manager and let me tell you that you are severely underpaid. I just accepted a job offer with a 15% raise for a similar position and here’s your reminder that this company does not give two sh--s about what is best for you. You would be doing them a favor by staying, taking on extra work from lack of backfills, and being content where you are. Do what you think is best but if you’ve been waiting on that promotion for years, finally being paid for your worth, or something else, you WILL NOT find that here. This company is not the same place it used to be.

I know someone who resigned, and got a 20K raise doing what he was trained to do. Not the BS his manager told him to do.
