With the merger of SAIS and RMDS (is that correct acronym?) there will be layoffs by July 1 due to duplicate functions. Jeff Place director of SAIS SCM is being replaced by the other SCM director. However heard he will not be laid off but reassigned to another position while lower level people in SCM, HR, etc., will be laid off. The 2 current BUs are spread throughout the country so it will be big impact after they merge into one.

This merger screwed the whole company up. With pending stagflation this company will swirl. Leave now while there are job opennings.
