The problem with Monish is not that he is Indian. It’s that he’s a misogynist who mistreats people and doesn’t tell the truth.

For the remainco here is a thought....
Lately I have been leaning towards Ashish K, our loyal, time tested and experienced leader for CEO, MoPo our humble, self confessed servant leader for CFO and J Seth, our brilliant corporate scientist, chief science advocate and 3M's poet laureate, in her spare time of course, for CTO.
I know it is getting a bit biased in terms of leaning towards a certain ethnicity but I will confess that I have read a few LinkedIn articles that mention how CEOs of a certain ethnicity seems to have solved many a corporate issue in the US that seems to be plaguing Mother Mining for a while now.
Now, I understand that this will not be a popular opinion given current demographics of Mother Mining employees in the US and hence let's keep the discussion respectful.
Not another Indian to the key position please
What's not to like about Ashish: As far as I can tell the man has never had an original or creative thought in his life.
His career has been a 'check the box' exercise since he was picked for far-to-fast advancement by Inge.
Why they put a position between CEO and Group President while other people are laid off
Zoe would be a good candidate.
She has ruined lives, destroyed careers, crushed families, changed 3M culture for the worse, supports unsafe worksite, and she shielded a p.e.d.o.p.h.i.l.e and voyerist.
You really don’t need good ideas.
Ashish K. Khandpur will be the next CEO.
Makes the most sense.
Nobody says anything good or bad about him.
He’s not white or black, but fashionably brown.
He was born in an overpopulated country with little in the way of resources.
What’s not to like?
It’ll be a man, of course.
My guess is that the board is currently starting the search, externally, for Roman's replacement knowing it will take time.
Could easily be wrong, I admit. But I don't see anyone else on COC ready for the big job. Zoe needs to be a business group lead before moving up.
Zoe is next in line. A compassionate woman CEO is what this company needs to get things back to the good old days.
Zoe showed her true good colors on the business trip after the PdC fatality.
The women at 3M strongly support her and would stop quiet quitting.
Zoe or bust
