Tamera is brave enough to give Gibbons the middle finger. Unlike the other dogs who are still staying around. But without effective ideas.

I heard more than a few "men" execs tried to get her to come back to their hotel room but she had better morals and ethics. I wish her the very best! Away from 3M.
She was so brilliant to leave when she did. Good for her and wish her well.
She hired in before mcnerney ruined the culture and somehow kept a positive and nurturing attitude that made it a better place to work. KC is better off to have her. Big loss here but I understand why she left. When the good people leave on their own, that leaves the clowns, jackals, pompous jackasses, and zombies (talking to you, Roman) left to provide "leadership" for the remaining survivors.
She is smarter than that.
When Mike Vale wins his court case and gets reinstated with backpack, the future CEO would be happy to hire back this person with a cozy higher paying job to help led the resurrection of the Phoenix (3M).
