Did anyone in the USA receive their Agreement and General Release form today, MAY-16?
I did not. :-(

Anyone else receive 2 shipping boxes but only have one asset? I am worried they are trying to cause confusion on returns to delay paying out severance.
Is anyone talk to their attorney regarding the WARN compliance? Can we sign the AGR?
Yep! Mine, and my (former) manager's just showed up just after 1800 USA Central Time. Thanks!
Check your email Mine just showed up. But beware if you sign it you are waiving your rights to dispute under the WARN act. I plan on talking to a lawyer tomorrow before I sign it.
As a RIF survivor several years ago, make sure if you are going to be picked up by a spouses insurance you double check with their provider how long to do have to join their plan. If you wait till yours runs out it maybe too late to join. This might not affect everyone but it did me. Good luck all…
My docs have not yet been sent either. It seems awfully convenient, considering that a good chunk of the US resources will be filing for unemployment. It's also heavily suspect since we need to sign those and return (as well as our assets) to receive our severance. I cannot do anything without those documents- I cant file for unemployment, cant get on my spouse's insurance, et cetera. I thought they were cruel in their handling of the layoff announcements, but this is unconscionable.
Not yet - worried about this, though. I've never been down this road before and I can't afford to miss a step in this process.
If anyone has any guidance beyond what was provided in the initial severance notification, please share. Otherwise, it appears we wait for the AGR document and the box to return Sabre property.
God bless everyone with the very best in their new journey ahead.
Nope
The made a big deal about holding our severance pay hostage until we sign docs and return our laptops. You'd think we'd have at least gotten the emailed docs right away. :-(
Nope… HR apparently also took a big hit
