A culture / environment of RATS that turn in any and all “policy violations” …. so that the RAT is embraced and protected….And the accuser is immediately dismissed by 3M HR / Legal….

When you are custodian of the culture which is disintegrating- look at survey trends - and you have layoffs every 6 months, you have created an environment of fear and failure, it is time to move on. I could not agree more.
