CISO 'reorgs' an L4 out who has the best cyber leader ratings and is well liked in the organization. Seems more like CISO was threatened. Morale definately will be interesting to monitor. It sounds like many in cyber think the CISO has any clue what he is doing.

A bunch of us left svrl years ago b/c of that leader - was only well liked by himself so maybe that’s who wrote this ROTFLMAO
The leader that got let go was emotionally manipulative and made people's work a living he-l for years. The only reason he had high ratings is because of the managers who work for him doing an excellent job. By well-liked you probably mean by folks higher up because he was not well liked by anyone who was not a peer or superior. It sounds like the new CISO actually knows what he's doing... unlike the last one who was incompetent and happened to be the one who brought in that L4 leader as his first new hire.
