Our manager didn't say anything about it being over

How worried should we be?

SABRE layoffs 2017-2018 were ugly too. They were prolonged, How?

Firstly massive chunk was let go as announced. Then came the "Ugly" part people were pushed out by tinkering with their performance & reviews.
"Prolonged"? 300-400 people would be laid-off every few months, so they don't have to bother about WARN notices.

This company is having financial problems and losing customers. If you are not impacted this time, you may be laid off at the end of summer of at the end of 2023. There will be lots of people voluntarily leaving pretty soon, the company will have nobody to take care their customer.
