I don't think there are many of us who aren't looking for other opportunities and who still enjoying working here.
How long have you been looking for a new job?
I still can't find anything better and I'm feeling a lot of stress because of it.

Keep at it. Never stop looking until you are out. It took me a long time but the grass is definitely greener on the other side. Linkedin “open to work”. AIG doesn’t give a cr-p about retaining talent.
I’ve been in Claims doing a few hours of work here and there for years. Laying low and milking this joke of a company. If they’re going to keep me in the same title for a decade and throw me crumbs for STI, I have to get mine.
If you can find a side hustle and are a remote worker, you can make the most of it. A RIF check will be gravy at this point.
I have been here a long time. I have changed my lifestyle dramatically waiting for the cut. I want the sac-o-cash. That, I am thankful for since I now live with much less. We all in the US know what's coming, get ready for it. I hopefully land another job making the same or more. But, if I have to take less or retire, I am ready as well.
I'm fine here, even if I'm still a bit worried that the whole house will crumble due to leadership's incompetence.
