The company once again proves how little it cares about its employees, who right now are very concerned about whether they will lose their jobs or not. Couldn't they have at least managed these layoffs a little better so we're not feeling so much uncertainty? Terrible!

I’ve been in the industry for 24 years…. Seen some gnarly layoffs, but they were always quick. And if not quick, you at least had a month to make arrangements.
Making everybody wait around for 10 days for this cr-p to find out your last day is today is truly unconscionable. And people are still waiting on e-mails.
OP seems correct that this one spells the end for any semblance of what Sabre used to be. This really seems like a last ditch effort to stay alive. I hope that’s not true for all who remain, but I hope you stay prepared.
