Never commented here before and I left Sabre voluntarily sometime ago. It seems nothing has changed in my time there I watched technical misstep after next going though migrations to just about every cloud provider possible while customer service suffered and leadership had a level of arrogance to the situation and customers. This eventually lead to customers leaving and its just picking up pace. Someone should post the story about how Sabre really lost the SouthWest PSS deal to 1A I am sure the shareholders would love to know about that one. The company needs a leadership en--a, and a refocus on customer service and products the customers really want.

Current Sabre Employee (got a lot of nerve) will be impacted eventually. This Sabre is nothing like the great days with Sabre, before Sam G left. It was all downhill after that.

It's not surprising that a former - and probably disgruntled - Sabre employee would post a message crapping all over their former employer. No company is perfect, and this one is certainly not - but we definitely took a step is the correct direction when you left the company. Good luck to you.
