Four people at EMHC working Permian have recently quit. What is going on in that group?
@8xok Kudos to you and I wish you well! Too many years feeling like a useless spare part for a broken machine does your head in.
I am GTFO next month. Accepted lower pay, but, real bonus upside in a smaller company where I'll be busy and an integral cog in the machine, not just made to feel like a loose or spare dispensable part. Ahh, it will feel good after too many years of this sh!t.
There is life outside of XOM. They do not care about you. Remember you will get replaced in a heart best, leave now before you have no other chances.
It’s difficult to resign when you have a mortgage and kids at school. The nasty low life managers know this.
I retired early just to escape the aggravation. Being stressed out over nothing but disgust for the company you work for will make you sick, mentally and physically with out you even realizing it while it is happening. I feel like a new person now and 20 years younger. I strongly suggest you retire too if you are eligable.
But this is what they want to happen; they want people to resign unless DWW gets to the minimum number of people possible for our global footprint. I fear that with the focus on outsourcing everything; we will lose so much focus on keeping people safe
I am sure the organisation will say the person deserves the nsi.
