It disgusts me how you keep pointing out blue collar workers. Not to mention how you think there children should help their families by working at even an earlier age.
Get a clue mo--n. Many white collar workers don’t want to spend 50k on a depreciating asset. Warren Buffett doesn’t invest in luxury vehicles and drives his car for years.
If FLV had a three year contract it’s up June 2024. If only 2 years, next month. He has been a waste of money and space and needs to go, and his useless, unproductive directors, too. That move would save $6 million in salaries alone.
You all probably won't understand the appeal of EVs. I own multiple Teslas and a Mach E and they are simply exhilarating to drive.
Ford will be selling 100% EVs soon. With higher sales price comes higher profit margins. And with offshore labor - including Engineering and Design - comes decreased operating costs. We will be much more profitable than ever before.
Many blue collar families will not be able to afford to own their own vehicle in the near future. They will use ride sharing and public transit to get to and from their jobs.
Blue collar people will aspire to own vehicles. That is a good thing. It will motivate them to work harder. And lowering the age when children can begin working will also help these blue collar families pay for bills.
Ford is going to be at the forefront of this cultural revolution.

The volume just needs to be scaled up for the return on investment for Mach-E. It's a great product. I see more Mach-E's in southeast Michigan than all Tesla's combined. That ought to tell you something.
Model e organization surely will get the credit when the successful next-gen technologies from Ford hit the market. Deservedly so.

The last news about FLV was that he was hired by Ford, he’s just been collecting a paycheck ever since. Great place to start eliminating unnecessary costs!
