Another et exec early retirement. Cant wait to see which friend that hangs out with him and feeds his ego he will choose.
No he didn’t! MD prior to transformation built the culture and DG rode her coattails. He did nothing and was only a show off and self centered with no substance. The other half is true the other exec is an absent leader.
DG was the only executive that built a culture in atl. All the othere are either never there or stay im their office
DG was a waste. He did nothing...
You are right. Read the posts on this site if you have any doubts.
Anyone that thinks SF has talent of any type is delusional
Smart ones leave. Cult and nepotistic employees stay for the gravy. $$
@3vgf I think one of the leaders on stage had a labotomyy or something. I wouldn’t want to have low energy in Atlanta. I always be ready to run. Another leader who got up later probably wasn’t too enthused about someone he’s been working with if he could drew a picture maybe we would know who. Or it could be the AI bots are taking over them too!
ET the AMISH of the technology world.
Ugghh. Such low energy people on the stage.
Is there talent in ET? I work in opsin modernization and like… nothing ever gets fixed. They seem to prioritize what’s “easy” over what we REALLY need. This is the third job I’ve had where they’re in an “Agile” environment which just means that the developers pick the easy sh-t in sprints and the real problems never get fixed. I’m SCRUM certified so I know how it works even though my job is in ops
They tried cutting claims but that didn’t work out. Let’s see how cutting ET and marketing work for tippys greed.
He got a pay raise and more respect flipping burgers at McDonalds
Transition announcement coming next week. Reducing the department by 20%.

He knows what odds coming next and wants to distance himself from it.
