I won’t retire until I realize my childhood dream of creating a new candy snack, fruity pebbles and ding dongs ! It’s kind of my jam, and my slogan will be “yabba dabba ding do-g !”Until that blessed day comes, I’m your humble highly compensated CEO.

All senior executives must retire at 65. They know that at the start. If they leave in their 50s they got the boot.

I think Ed was forced out at 65 to make way for the bridge.

Hey guys, its me MT again. The next union meeting is at my place. Marge is making her famous deviled eggs. I'm making margaritas - cmon down. It's this Tuesday at 8pm bring a dish or a side. Remember, once unionized were going to negotiate the union dues into the salaries making SF pay for the union themselves, guaranteed pay wages and raises, pension, medical, union reps for all disputes with TMs (no more arbitrary bullying), and free legal advice. We'll clamp SF by the ballz. SEE YOU THERE!

MT...here again! Hey me and the other 4 tops Execs have fleeced almost 1/2 a billion dollars from the employees and policyholders in the last 10 years! I stay till I'm 100 if they will let me! I led the company to the worst loss in history and still got almost a record bonus and kept my job! A su---r is born every day! LOL! I'll keep abusing the labor force and hiring the people most desperate people from the lowest socio-economic groups, regardless of race, and make them believe this is there "big chance" to make a career....ha ha..LOL...and they don't realize they are basically slave labor....and typical corporate racism...... in mean a "large talent pool in the hubs"!

TR, you want the guy that caused all the problems to stay and fix the problems? He caused, which means he doesn't know how to fix. Work on your logic then get back to me. C'mon you can do it...

Board members make a salary between 285k-315k. No bonus, no additional comp from SF.

HT has made the board rich. They’ve made him rich. He is going nowhere which is good because he’s needed to save our companies from the death spiral

Normally yes. However Board may vote to extend beyond. It has been done a couple of times in the past for a COO and CFO.

My wife is a claim rep at a huge TPA company. They moved all claim assistant jobs to India. It's a huge cluster. None of the work is being done timely or properly. They are racking up the fines. VP was fired but too late they laid off all the assistants. This is SF future. When you outsource its desperation time. I pray to Vishna, SF can survive.
