Judging by what people are writing here, it seems like there are a lot of layoffs that are secretly going on. It's a very demoralizing feeling, when one day you find out that your colleague is no longer there and you didn't even know that layoffs are happening behind all the smoke and mirrors, nor is there a way to find out how many employees are impacted. Also, they expect the remaining employees to carry a heavier burden for the same money and that too is quite unreasonable, given that we are all already very overwhelmed?

Our MD told us yesterday that 80 were laid off silently in the last week that were “integration related”.
Have it from a source that they will absolutely target all green folks. It’s been the plan all along.
