I'll know I'll be over IBM when I stop coming up to this damn site!

Ok, dang, that's still me, .... though I'm not outta here until May 4th.

But for those of you still bitter after more than a year - get counseling!

I've been laid off 3 times (including now). There's life after layoff, and
there CERTAINLY life after IBM. Better jobs. Higher pay.

Have your 30 minute (or 30 day or until re-hired) aaaah and get a move on.

You'll know you're over this (or nicely won't even think of it - even better) when
you stop coming to this site!

I like coming here to remind what a farce of a company it is - the only great thing about IBM was some of the great people I met.

People come here to find out the real story about what's happening in IBM. People also come here to share what's really going on with an hope that others won't get played the same way by IBM management.

There are several ways to be 'over' with IBM. You can always quit. You can stop taking IBM management seriously. You can focus on your work and personal development (and nothing else). Use IBM to as a means and interim paycheck to get a real job.

You will truly be over with IBM when you start using it (and not get used by it).
