Exactly why I only work about an hour per day. He-l, I feel like my salary is multiplied by 7x since I am only putting in 60 minutes a day. In that frame, I am a millionaire.
The vicious circle of layoffs, restructuring etc. has an enormous influence on employee mental health and eventually employee productivity.
This has been going on the past 4,5 years. When you don't know if you will have a job in the next 6 to 12 months, who is going to give his 100 % effort under these circumstances?
