I don't know about others, but ever since layoffs became more frequent and job stability became a concern, I've been experiencing a lack of motivation and I can no longer do my job as before.
Managers who have higher expectations of us than ever are completely disconnected from reality!

Why have the local news channels not picked up on what is happening with all the constant job eliminations at 3M? Why are we not seeing this in the news???
The month is almost half over - so it sounds like an announcement coming near earnings call
Rumor is that another 10k-15K jobs will be impacted at the next round later this month….
Morale is already down so much that I don't even know what will happen when new layoffs are announced.
Good time to be a shrink in the Twin Cities. Business must be booming.
