Have heard some higher ups hint of “big announcement” from multiple groups at different town halls or meetings
Has anyone else heard anything? ChemOps spinoff? More BG spinoff?

The big announcement is massive layoffs. Not much more.

With cottage grove incinerator closed and PFAS exit, I think all options are on the table. Decisions from above are focused on salvaging what can be and severing what is infected.
Definitely seems like more is coming and not just more layoffs…
That total spin concept won’t happen
Most likely just the spin-co location and CEO, second would be the layoffs this message board has forecasted all year.
Really big would be a total spin apart, where commercial, s&I also spin off and even tebg splits so just the parts that had pfas and earplugs are left as 3m. (The opposite of what dupont did when they spun pfas into chemours)
