DW and his friends give each other million$ is raises based on price of oil then condemns the workforce to search for an open random desk each morning. Total slap in the face to everyone at EM that worked loyally just to get their assigned desk taken away.

Bizarre world at EM. Loyalty has been cancelled.

As I stated before about this website, this website protects EM or Permian. There are some comments deleted from or another people, even when we follow their website rules. I hope that this website is not sharing our IP with Exxon

How does this man get a 52% raise when we know he was incompetent before Engine #1 was voted in and corrected the ship. Company needs a CEO for the CEO. Should donate his raise to the poor Ukrainian people.

@1inm Nobody is worth $40M/year.

The only way to sustain this level of compensation is to enforce a permanent underclass, with white-collar workers acting as both the buffer class and the enforcers for capital.

Whenever I scroll the threads on this board, it makes me think that what most of you truly resent is not being the one who gets to make $40M/year and kick everyone in the face in the process. None of you should be upset at the situation; you’re no better than the masters that you serve, and you would do no better by those who served you were you to become the master yourself.

There is nothing wrong with high compensation when it lines up with level of responsibilities and performance. EM and most companies are more about rewarding execs for monetary performance and less about the environment, its employees, or benefitting society.

After working here for several years, I have witnessed progressively more and more poor managers who lacked the basic skills and integrity but nevertheless were elevated. Many of them should never be put in charge of people. But they were put into those roles to check the boxes. The performance assessment system is broken and encourages no collaboration. The people who actually do the real work but who doesn’t fit into the mold are not being recognized, included, or rewarded with opportunities.

This is a sad shell of a company where performance and ranking depends more on how well one plays the games, the optics, and how well you “help” your supervisor in their quest for bigger and better things.

Trust was destroyed and it will be a very, very long time before it is regained. It was about protecting their own hides and maintaining their positions of power rather than the people in their care or around them. The company no longer have my trust or elicit any loyalty.

He is sending what were traditionally American jobs and transferring them to low cost countries to explode his personal income! So Bidenesque! Traitor! What does this do for the future of American employees? Maybe he needs to live in one of those countries?

Completely unethical and immoral. Nothing justifies that kinda raise. All he did was just perpetual reorgs.

Now management will keep defending this raise in every town hall and coffee chat, just like the dividends.

DWW raise is obscene but what else should we expect from a lying POS. He dropped in the fake layoffs and other cost cutting after running up the costs pre-Covid!

97% of the FCF and NI increase last year was related to commodity prices! He didn’t deserve more than an inflationary raise!

Our greatest asset is our people.... Well maybe just one of them.

He is ExxonMobil.

He is the guy that took away your 401k for a year and then gave it to himself 2 years later.

And our new toilet paper actually caused physical damage to me. Maybe he can donate his raise to be a toilet paper for his employees so it doesn't cause pain and damage to them when they use it!!! Do we report this as an on the job injury???????

Moral of the story? Lie, cheat and steal, or feverishly support somebody who does (looking at you, execs) and you too could make this much money!

I know how this doucebag and his partner TG are making money for themselves. I got laid off in 2020 and the id--ts still sent me a 1095-B form indicating that ExxonMobil provided me and my dependents insurance for the year of 2022. Ba----ds would keep lieing and harrasing. Just wouldn't go away.

Ofcourse his compensation jumped! He ate away employees 401k for a whole year, laid off employees with the worst severance in the industry while mistreating them, and continues to sell his soul for greens so ofcourse he made a lot and will continue on to do so all for himself. And the mo---------r will still say that he is underpaid.
