It is probably best to use this site in incognito mode.
Emerson doesn’t own this site, and they certainly have no influence over it. Why would they be opening a platform on which people can talk about their wrongdoings?
If something gets deleted it’s because it violated because site’s ToS.
Go to the footer, the rules are there:
No personal name use (sr execs are ok as they are public figures);
No politics / race / religion rants;
No foul language;
No threats or bullying
