Does your manager get report on the time in office? Do they need to discuss with the staff if below 3 days a week and marked somewhere?
Is the policy same for technology hubs like Tampa or Irving?

Manager receives report and it is tracked..HR wants Mgr to have a discussion...
I never go into the office, and I got 2 and 2 on my perf review
My manager told us it is tracked, and I know in my performance review it was mentioned, and that I was in compliance.

For the both the Irving and Tampa site that is.
Correct. For the most part its all still hybrid.
Depends on your C level, and department.
