did ur project stop? Did deadlines slip... roles move sites, responsibilities consolidate, or did ur team absorb the reduction w/out (major) disruption? I think it's a sh-tshow but it may be just me - we are fairly large and given the messages on this board it looks like there is quite a bit of variety.
