I'm seeing and hearing many people leaving GF. Each year we see attrition spike higher after AIP bonus but this year it seems higher than most others, what are others seeing for attrition in their areas?

An engineering manager quit Friday. GF has no future. Stay at your peril.
Any idea the #? Last I saw they were reporting something like 15% but the actually metric was closer to 30%.
Just in daily life it is noticeable that many peers and friends have left and there is very few replacements to fill the voids/gaps left behind
