Of course I get sick on day 2 of RTO. I don't care anymore I'm WFH like you should. None of this stupid pressure and fear of losing my bonus. If they are threatening to take it away its probably already gone.

@ec - good! They shouldn’t waste our time with the pulse survey anymore. It’s just a marketing tool so they can claim they are the best employer in Cincinnati. They should stop with the nonsense attempts to build camaraderie. I come in and leave at 5 pm. Don’t ask me to volunteer or go out after. Leave me the f alone
I was walking in today and passed by a guy who could barely walk but was dragging himself to comply. It was sad. Got in to my zone and people are coughing. People are doing whatever they need to do to keep their jobs. But the company has lost its mind and soul. All it's going to get is compliance and pi---d off employees. I hope Abby is happy now. I heard HR won't be sharing pulse survey results for a while. They are still cherry picking through it to bubble up the good stuff to Abby.

@a1 they’re all office days now, so why would it matter? You should get tot she whatever pto you have. Of course working from home should be viewed as at least still working and giving it a try. Somehow it almost certainly looks worse to HR.
I’ve been getting sick, too. Maybe building sickness. Maybe not. But there are people that are constantly coughing and sneezing all the time and the bathrooms are dirty. Not surprised.

Does anyone know how many in office days you can miss without getting bonus docked? 5,10,15 missed days ok?
