Reminder that the surveys are NOT anonymous. They are only "confidential" to select individuals. Keep that in mind should you participate. They ARE able to identify who participated and who did not.

Probably targeting Senior Leadership for the next round of layoffs, questions oddly focused on them. They will use the survey for justification of cutting senior leadership. Question should have included satisfaction (or rather lack of) with the Executive Leadership.

There is no language in the emails or surveys that says we can answer honestly without retaliation.
