I barely do even the bare minimum. It's not something to be proud of, of course, but I simply don't have the energy to work as hard as I used to because the attitude towards the employees here is getting worse all the time. It took me a long time to accept that nothing will change for the better here and to start looking for something new. The only thing I regret is that I didn't leave much earlier.

I found greener pastures, and many others have as well!
I officially left CF a couple of years ago, but I moved on from CF long before my formal departure. The CEO cares only about image, not substance. CF Leadership cares only about image, not substance. HR cares only about image, not substance. You get the idea. When those 3 entities negatively align, you can either quiet quit or leave. I choose the former for awhile and finally decided to sever ties from toxicity. There are countless former CF employees who have found greener pastures elsewhere, I hope the same for you.
