Culture ReIgnition Sessions

Nothing says “our team hates us” like a company forcing you to take a “Culture ReIgnition” session. I thought pep rallies stopped in high school? I think a better way is a raise of greater than .4% , but I could be wrong.

Culture of "how quickly can we replace you with offshore and AI" while making you train both. While, let's cut your 401k and make you pick up all the work by getting rid of employees that actually knew the business.

The culture is toxic. It can't be fixed through struggle sessions. Nobody believes the b.s. from the top. They could not care less about the people who work here or the clients.

It's actually insulting. What culture are they talking about? Do we have a culture that extends beyond incompetent leadership, cronyism, toxicity, and treating employees like sh-t?

The culture is toxic. A "ReIgnition" struggle session isn't going to fix it. And much of what's said in these sessions is pure b.s. The company and it's top leadership do not care about the people that work there. They do not care about clients. And the do not care about fixing health care. If United wanted to cut administrative waste/cost, they could have done it 20 years ago by simplifying and standardizing their coverage rules. But the truth is, there's a f'ck ton of money in sustaining high levels of denials and administrative paperwork and selling RCM solutions that capture the "savings."

This way is much cheaper for them, which allows additional budget for executive compensation.
