@fq She was a real person who mattered. A little late for the bank to suddenly care about her safety.

BofA already hiring a replacement for her position, the position was posted the day or day after she was ki**ed. Just a reminder to those of us who act like we’re doing life changing stuff here at this predatory bank with our power point decks and connections to ‘execs’ . You’re just a number on the expense side of the balance sheet.

@ky it should be amended without question. what happened was beyond tragic and disgusting. do we really want to see this play out again?

IF and it's a Big IF, BofA amends RTO, BofA will only reduce it by one day per week.

hope the bank does the right thing and pays out a huge life insurance to the family, tragedy happened during working.

Folks in another city on my deal team come into work and leave around 2 pm because it’s dangerous to walk outside of the building to the parking structure in the evening. They go home and log in at home. They won’t let them work at home or move the office.

They haven’t even announced it to employees. They probably don’t want to lend to the debate of “see? This is why we should be able to work from home!” This bank is truly evil.

I never hesitate to bash this bank and its so-called leadership. However, in this instance, can't blast them for quickly removing her profile. Don't need tons of people and their morbid curiosities looking her up in the system.

Removing her name from the directory in 24 hours is the fastest I have ever seen BofA do anything. Agree it’s sickening, it’s like they want to erase her and move on.

I read it was her first day back from maternity leave. How devestating.

@OP Senior management appears to have no problem with "Talk the Talk". They should all now get out on 42nd street and "Walk the Walk"!

As a show of leadership and solidarity I think that it’s only right that BM and his entire leadership team give up their personal security and car services and walk the same streets and take the same subways as the rest of us. I mean if it’s perfectly safe for the underlings to have to go into the office, unnecessarily, multiple days per week then our fearless leaders shouldn’t have a problem with it.

This is so sad to have your life taken for no reason . She was so young and well educated. I am praying for her family .

They are so getting sued over this. You can’t tell me they haven’t been aware of ongoing problems in NYC and the potential safety risks for their employees..But no full speed ahead on RTO. Your personal safety be damned.
