You make dated mv equipment. You have been doomed for a decade.
Probably no layoffs per se…natural attrition
No replacements, no external hires. The critical roles, customer facing roles, likely replaced only from within.

How will the tariffs affect MV?
@19g sadly, the Cambridge manufacturing location is becoming increasingly irrelevant.
Most other functions can easily be outsourced anywhere or performed remotely.
The MV manufacturing infrastructure will likely move from Cam to the US plant, not the Canadian employees. Glad to be retired!

The company will continue to shed the headcount/not replace not directly related to revenue.
