If you are working at a warehouse, your time as a PepsiCo employee is limited. By 2028, expect most to be run by 3rd party logistics. You will be working for those companies if you choose, but not PEP.

As it should be. Much cheaper and less benefits for PepsiCo to pay out. A verry smart business decision....you may not like it but it is very smart.
In case you haven’t noticed Pepsi is transforming all facilities to a third party to run. Pepsi warehouse positions are all going away within the next year. One of many major changes to come
So you do have the other option to leave instead of complaining.
