None of the executives in TEBG over the last 15 years have grown any business organically. They only know how to keep costs down. Hence the endless blood bath over the years. Of course the sheeples, who work at the bench or in the factories, are the ones who typically pay the price. Eventually new product development suffers, organic growth is chronically close to zero, and executives agan start cost cutting. The vicious cycle continues ....
TEBG has been a mess and sinking ship for a decade or more that I’ve been here. I actually don’t know anything about the changes but seems major fixing was needed given it’s always been bad performer trying to survive.
The morale can't get any lower? Wait until they explain, or try to anyway, the changes tomorrow. I think it's still got some room to drop.
