I wonder who all got their letters in the mail today letting them know if they were chosen for the new spin off company ? I know many received them today.

I received an email.
No mention of location.
I’m assuming relocation package will be a separate email closer to actual split.
Relocation will bring a glut of homes for sale at the same time, and I’m underwater already.
SpinCo separation team is another team of bad leaders do not care about people. Teresa Crocket has this record so I suppose she was selected as leader of this team to continue with her legacy. They do not have the experience in Healthcare industry/business and don’t listen to others 3Mr’s who have years of experience. Typical behavior of 3M, it could be a good idea but really bad execution. Just do it, you are not accountable!
In addition to Roman being at fault I would like to give a shout out to all my degenerate colleagues who are part of this Spinco process teams and seem to have no issues helping push this garbage onto others. Finally nice to confirm that these folks are part of the problem too.
Isn’t it great to get a letter or email saying you have been selected to go to SpinCo, but they cannot tell you your pay, your health care benefits, and if your pension will continue. Thank you so much master Roman for this great opportunity to put my complete faith in you that I won’t get f’ed on my pay and benefits. Truly the greatest company to work for.
