The atmosphere is very heavy indeed. There is a lot of uncertainty and I can't be productive at all while worrying about losing my job. On the other hand, I wonder what my future is in a company where the leadership is not at all interested in making it better. What have they done lately to make this place better? Almost nothing.

You have to ask yourself is this the new low water mark or the new standard? I’m still optimistic that things will get better but am losing faith with each passing day. It really once was a wonderful place to work.
I agree management hasn’t done one thing in the employees favor for 3+ years. Zero raise 2021, lousy bonus and 2% raise 2022, probably worse 2023…
Even if I make the cut my morale will still be rock bottom. I’m focused on hoping to make it thru this RIFF but I’m going to be stressing for the next year that this will all happen again.
