In the next few years, T-Mobile stores will be extremely rare, everything is moving digital to cut costs.

top leadership (C-suite) is barely touched by the layoffs or not at all, while keeping their extremely high incomes, the layoffs aimed to "offset" the organization's poor financial results (due to C-Suite decisions) impacted mostly front line staff.
And the guy who's responsible for RNEO is moving up to take Nevilles job. Everything looking up...
Judging by what RNE&O is doing, I’m convinced there are no goals anywhere in this company. Just pure incompetence from unqualified chair warmers.
Are you sure T-Mobile has a goal?
Thanks for the analysis, Dr Steve Brule. “Bill Grates invented Michaelsoft”
Hi CEO Mike here, great discussion guys.
Freier touted “frontline heroes” forever and “I’m one of you”…well…actions speak louder than words.
Not one person should be surprised— at all — when the day they are notified of being severed. Seriously…wake up!
John Freier sold you out! If you work in Retail, stop trying and walk out of the store ASAP. Amazon pays more and is a much better company to work for.
Its not ETS, it's the Digital groups stuff that doesnt work.
Most of the online cr-p from ETS doesn't work anyway. 👍
A smart person will understand that there are multiple channels and customer segments. Not everyone wants to go online. Some people look online and seal the deal at the store. Sure there are changes in the make up but to say let’s get rid of all stores because online is taking over is naive. At that rate, d-mb and d-mber will take their market shares back. So whoever is at the top of TMO, stop being a mo--n.
like DISH boost mobile ? haha no store at all in Seattle
