Never worked or consulted anywhere the workforce is less engaged, motivated, or driven to succeed. After working here for several terms, gave notice after getting underwhelming raise and STI.
To the reminder still there, don’t listen to those saying it’s not any better elsewhere. If you have used your AIG tenure to grow, note you will likely not monetize your growth within AIG.
Took me a couple of years to accept that. Glad I finally did.

Yes, it is BORING and extremely LOW paying company. Its amazing how this company is still alive given that so many high performing people have already left.
All my co-workers that have left or been let go are doing better and are much happier in their new job. As for boring, Insurance companies are never an "exciting" place to work at ....but...I get what you are saying.
