the 30 day return policy was short lived all belk stores will change to a 7 day return limit on 5/1/23, and designer merchanidse, fine jewlery, cosmetics, evening dresses, and shoes will be final sale.

Funny how this comment turned out not to be true. Return policy window remains at 30 days.
This should be stated at time of purchase! I love Belk products but I will NEVER purchase from them again! I’m stuck with socks that don’t fit and slacks that are 2 feet too long!!! Gone are the days of customer service. The last time I was there I had to chase someone down to help me. In just the half hour I was there they could have done hundreds of dollars in business if they’d had adequate help. So sad for a once-great store!!
If this were true it would probably be on clearance merchandise. Like tge 3 days Dillard’s does
Might you provide a map or listing of the "flagship" stores? Sorry, but it is a sad day when a "Southern" store bows to the opinions of others. All I can say is that I will miss shopping in Belk (if there isn't a flagship store near me" and, in the wise words of many a southern lady, "Bless your heart."

I can’t imagine this working at all. Our customers wouldn’t stand for it. Plus the vendors of Clinique and Lauder and other cosmetic companies we have, wouldn’t allow a no return policy. Where have you received your information.
