He was saying that the merger will turn out poorly like mergers in the past and that this one will be no different. $3B merger.
But no, the $43B merger between Medtronic and Covidien was a GOOD thing, right? That totally bucked the trend and went swimmingly...right? Right? Bueller? Or any of the other mergers/acquisitions that Medtronic does year after year. Good for me, not for thee.
I wish the execs could hear the BS they put out there.
