Are you Capgemini CW at HP? What's the news? Should we start looking for outside

I am not Capgemini but I am a CW. Got my resume updated and now people are contacting me on LinkedIn. A big plus is that my agency is with me looking for work else where (other than HP) because they see the writing on the wall too. It was my agency that told me that my contract might not be renewed in the next month or so. I have been with them for 6 years now.
