Several managers lack skills, not all, making them insecure and creating a very low quality environment. There is a lot of show about caring for employees but there's a lack of any actual feeling/empathy, a bit hypocritical. They support their friends who are often just as unskilled.

Well said. 70% of the MDs and 50% of the EDs are purely for barricade purposes.
